Artist Spotlight: Royal and the Serpent

If you don’t know Royal and the Serpent yet, then you’re missing out on some amazing alternative/ indie music. The band was formed by Ryan Santiago and released her first song in 2017. By 2019 she signed with Atlantic Records and has been producing songs about life and mental health ever since. She has a very retro visual aesthetic that is both interesting and disturbing at times, but always thought provoking. Here are some links to Royal and the Serpent’s youtube videos.
