Rune Factory 5 New Footage Released!
This video goes over some of the new details about Rune Factory 5 Nintendo released today. Also, here’s an additional piece of analysis I thought of after the video about the flying dragon island. In Rune Factory Tides of Destiny, the farming was made to be more automatic in order to free the player up to explore the ocean for long periods at time. The farming changes in Tides of Destiny were so poorly received, it almost killed the franchise. Knowing this, it’s possible the developers are trying to learn from their past mistakes. Before, the town was in a set location and the player traveled far away from it to explore. Now, if the flying dragon island has the main town on it, it seems they’re making it so no matter where the town travels to, the farm always travels with you. It’s a good idea and concept. I really hope that’s what Rune Factory 5’s developers are planning.
