The August Fireworks Show Has New Treats! (Boba Tea, Popsicles, Cotton Candy)

Today is the August fireworks show! (It also takes place on every Sunday this month). The old items from last year are still available, but there are new consumable items this year. These new items aren’t a big deal, since it’s not like new furnishing or anything, but it’s better than nothing. You get them by playing Crazy Redd’s raffle, but make sure to talk to Isabelle to get a headbopper from the event (a type of hat that comes in different colors). You can visit your friends’ towns to get more headboppers from Isabelle today.

The raffle largely the same as last year with more numbers added. Just talk to the raffle counter (instead of talking to Redd). It costs 500 bells per try, but make sure to have empty pockets if you want everything because most of the items do not stack (even consumable treats of the same flavor). Consumable treats: popsicles, cotton candy, and boba teas can be “used” 3 times before disappearing. Each use gives you a single increase in your fruit gauge, so be careful not to hit a rock after using one unless you want it to break. The consumable treats come in the different flavors listed below:

Popsicles (frozen treats): Ramune-soda frozen treat, Orange frozen treat, Chocolate frozen treat

Boba Teas: Boba mango tea, Boba Coffee, Boba milk tea, Boba green tea, Boba strawberry tea

Cotton Candy: Ramune-soda cotton candy, Strawberry cotton candy, Plain cotton candy, Melon cotton candy
